Limited Numbers For safety reasons the event is limited to the first 450 teams registered. These will be taken from when the completed entry form is received by Event Promotions on a first in - first served basis. Refunds No refunds after 13 February , no exceptions. In the case of a natural disaster, entry fees will not be refunded. Refunds prior to the 13th February will incur a $50 administration fee.
